Founded in Cairo in 2004 by a group combining pharmaceutical industry experience with veterinary medicine, Drugest registers and markets medicines for the animals that keep Egyptian agriculture running.

Drugest Pharmaceuticals Company was established as a shareholder company bringing together a number of specialists in the pharmaceutical and veterinary medicine fields.
The company began by registering veterinary products — a catalog that has since grown to 19 formulations across large animals and poultry, each chosen to match the needs of the veterinary market in Egypt and North Africa.
All products are toll-manufactured at the Arab Company for Medical Products (Arabcomed) and the Arab Company for Gelatinous & Pharmaceutical Products (Arab Caps) — both applying high GMP standards and well known in the pharmaceutical sector for their competence and efficiency.
